Instructions for use:
1. Place a small amount of soil (1–2 grams) in a 10 ml test tube and add 10 ml of purified water.
2. Tighten the cap and shake the tube for 1 minute.
3. Leave the test tube upright for approximately 30 minutes until stratification occurs.
4. Remove the top 2 ml of clear with a sampling pipette and place it in the sampling tube.
5. Add 1–2 drops of test reagent and shake the well.
6. After 1 minute, read the results using a colorimeter.
